Basically, you earn money from the efforts of the people you recruited into your team. And as his teams start to grow, the system he uses to generate residual income will continue to grow.

These are quite hard to find and you have to work hard to get them.

Personal Commissions you earn are a percentage of the total revenue you earn based on the Customers you personally enroll in ACN Service Plans.

The percentage you getACNis 2-8% of your client's total monthly bill.

So let's say you have a personal base of 39 customers who use about $1,000 a month in ACN Services; You will receive 2% of this amount. This is a $20/month residual income from these customers.

Consequently, the more clients you have registered, the more money you will earn.

That's what I like about ACN because they value motivating their retail representatives. This is something that more MLMs should be doing.

That being said, I doubt most people would bother recruiting 39 customers just to earn 1-3% of their total bill.

Personal commissions are a little easier to come by... but you still have to work A LOT. Chances are you work harder than that 9 to 5 shift you decided to quit for.

Team rest commission

Team waste is the money you make from the people you enroll and their customers, and the people they enroll and their customers.

Ahhhh, the worst form of payment that exists. In my opinion it is money SOLD. You have to sell people the dream they sold you for just to make more money.

I'm sure by now you realize how (not so clean) MLM money can be and it probably puts you off.

But if you want to keep chasing low commissions and selling to people left and right, check out ACN's payment plan below:

While this chart doesn't provide much information, it does show that you earn 23% commissions on up to 7 levels.

That may sound like an exhausting compensation plan, that's only 23% of ACN's profits.

Regardless of the service you sign up customers for, approximately 1/4 of your ACN fees will go to people above you.

As a result, ACN strives to offer services to its customers at competitive prices.

Of course, they still want to make some money, so they have to pay those commissions on top of their overhead.

So how much money can you earn in each level?

To answer that question, we had to look at the 2019 ACN Compensation Plan, which shows what ACN IBOs do to earn their commissions.

It's pretty clear from this chart that if you want to grow with ACN, you need to build a strong downline. The more money your downline spends with ACN, the more money you'll earn.

And of course, the best way to grow your downline is for your members to recruit other ACN business owners...and so on. A is the MLM way.

Customer Acquisition Bonus

The customer acquisition rewards you receive are up-front and one-time for attracting new ACN customers.

Then, if one of your personal recruits becomes a team coach, you'll get anywhere from $90 to $275, depending on their rank.

And to become a team trainer, your recruit needs to sign up for the $499 starter pack, then turn around and sign up 6-8 clients in a given period.

I know what you are thinking... "that is paid to bring clients" but it is not. These bonuses will only be paid out if the people you refer "level up" within 30 days.

This is what most MLMs call a "fast start bonus." It's just an incentive to get people up and running as quickly as possible.

At ACN, this tactic is called "root tapping."

The goal here is to get as many ACN IBOs to sign up as possible while they are new to the program and still excited. We have found that an SVP who needs to add at least one member to their downline has a very good chance of staying in MLM.

Therefore, if you wish to become an ACN IBO, you must first complete an ACN Business Property Agreement.

If you are a good salesperson, you could be in the 0.03% of people who can sell products. And MLM companies are confident that they do not spend a lot of money on advertising.

Instead, they create a vast network of loyal people who buy their products who might not otherwise buy unless a promise of financial freedom is attached to them.

As I mentioned, the compensation plan sounds great, but you also pay commissions. Remember that 23% of your ACN service bill is paid in commissions to people above you.

Based on feedback from ACN customers, it appears that the services provided are too expensive and of very low quality.

Also, many other customers don't like the fact that they can't cancel services, leading them to believe that ACN is a scam.

Legally, this is not the case, as the company also makes money by selling genuine services that people want or need. Only when you make money recruiting people is this considered a pyramid scheme.

This may sound semantic, but members are told in their contracts that they must make sales.

This decision opened the doors for other MLMs (like the ACN opportunity) to join the fray as long as their goal is customer acquisition and not just "sign-up bonuses."

But even if something is technically legal, that doesn't mean it's ethical.

In fact, in 2005, ACN was accused of being a Ponzi scheme in Australia. Today ACN is still operating in Australia so I think they changed a few things or won the case.

Since ACN has stood the test of time (24 years), the company appears to be legit.

Of course, every company will have their fair share of customer complaints, whether or not they offer genuine products or services to people. This is not localized for MLM or other businesses of this type.

In general, customer service was the biggest area of ​​complaint that we saw.

The problems encountered with customer service is that these ACN representatives (also known as business owners) spend a lot of time putting out customer fires while at the same time trying to recruit new people.

Another problem is that as a rep, you spend a lot of time tracking services and worrying about the fee structure, only to have ACN pull the rug out for you "for the good of your business."

What they don't tell you is that the services you have after the change are no longer included in your original contract with ACN and you end up paying more for the same services before you realize the change has happened.

Of course, this wouldn't be much of a problem if the vast majority of ACN IBOs were making decent money, but the fact is that less than 1% of ACN Representatives actually make money from the ACN Opportunity.

As it is, ACN is a bit clumsy in the world of MLM.

They manage to offer new services here and there for the next ACN opportunity candidate to consider as an option, but they haven't figured out how to make those dreams come true overall.

So if you're looking to work with an MLM, you can do much better than ACN.

But when it comes to building a permanent online business, You have many other options.

At the end of the day, you can make money with ACN... as long as you agree to be a seller and can persuade others to sign up for ACN services.

But don't forget that to earn a residual income, you need to recruit people in your downline. Here is the real money.
